ONLINE STORE SALES CONDITIONS
The owner of the online store miniverse.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is MyMinis OÜ (registration code 16912246), located at Harju county, Lääne-Harju parish, Vasalemma village, Paekivi street 8, 76101.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The sales conditions apply to purchasing goods from the Online Store.
Information about the goods is provided at the Online Store directly beside the product.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products and include VAT valid in the Republic of Estonia. The price is subject to an additional delivery charge. All prices for goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The cost of delivering the goods depends on the country of the buyer’s location. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer upon placing the order. The delivery price includes VAT.
Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields. Subsequently, the screen will display the amount, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Bank link: When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the “Back to the merchant” button on the bank’s page.
- Credit card: Visa/Mastercard
Bank payments are intermediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment occurs outside the Online Store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying via bank link, and through the Montonio payment platform when paying by credit card. The Online Store does not have access to the client’s bank and credit card data.
The contract becomes effective from the receipt of the amount due to the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days from sending the notice.
Delivery
Orders can be delivered all over Europe, in addition to the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
To receive the goods in Estonia, the buyer chooses a suitable DPD parcel locker.
To receive the goods outside from Estonia, the buyer has the following options: DPD parcel locker, DPD courier or Omniva’s international postage.
The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the respective price information is displayed to the buyer upon confirming the order.
Domestic shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-3 business days from the effectiveness of the sales contract.
Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 3-14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right is reserved to deliver the goods up to 30 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the e-store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
It is important to know that for the return of blind packages, the product must be completely unopened and otherwise undamaged in its packaging. Only unopened blind packages can be returned.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in a manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
The seller may refuse to take back the goods if the products are not intact, the original packaging is missing, or if there are restrictions on the return of the goods or products under the Law of Obligations Act.
To return the goods, a declaration must be sent to the email address info@miniverse.ee within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except if the reason for return is due to the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract, including the cost of delivering the goods, not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until the item which is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the item, depending on which occurs first.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store is marked significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to File a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which was present at the time of handing over the item and becomes apparent within two years from handing over the goods to the buyer. Within the first year from handing over the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of handover. It is the Online Store’s obligation to refute this assumption.
The buyer has the right to turn to the Online Store within two months of discovering the defect by sending an e-mail to info@miniverse.ee or calling +37258481179 and informing us of the defect.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after handing over the goods to the buyer.
If the goods bought from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in written or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to companies providing transport services to deliver the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed interest by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by following the instructions contained within the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they should be sent to the email address info@miniverse.ee or call +37258481179 and submit their complaints.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions of the procedure can be viewed and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Online Store. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.
The buyer may turn to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
