Placing an order is super easy!

• Add the desired products to the cart
• Fill in the required fields in the cart
• Choose a payment method and pay for the order

When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” button

• We will confirm your order once the money has been received in the Online Store’s settlement account and send you a notification to this effect

If we cannot fulfill the order due to the end of stock or for any other valid reason, we will immediately inform you and refund the full amount of the order

Fast and convenient delivery!

• Choose a DPD parcel locker at a location convenient for you
• The shipment will reach you within 2-3 working days
• When ordering to other parts of Europe, the shipment will reach you within 3-14 calendar days

14-day return policy!

• You can return the ordered products within 14 days
• Let us know your desire to return at info@miniverse.ee
• We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging
• If you wish to return blind packages, please ensure that the products are completely unopened and otherwise undamaged in their packaging
• You, the orderer, cover the return shipping costs, except in cases where the reason for return is due to the product not matching the ordered item
• We will refund the full order amount within 14 days from the arrival of the returned products to us, provided we are convinced that the goods are eligible for return

• The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity
